Pathways Financial Education Program Development Intern

To help meet our mission and vision, we are seeking a Pathways Financial Education Development Intern to help evaluate, write impact reports, market, recruit and help design next tier programming. If you are the type of person who likes working with a team to create systems, enjoys learning programs, and research/developing educational programs and conduct outreach to build our skilled volunteer program and client base, then this position is for you. Duties include using raw data to evaluate completed courses and assist in designing continuing and full program; help organize financial education volunteer and client outreach program; assist in creating and/or evaluating class content; implementing marketing strategies to attract clients and volunteers to participate; conduct virtual and in-person education sessions covering personal financial education; assisting in gathering impacts and metrics; and implementing orientation and training procedures for the expanded program. This is an opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in program development, impacts and measurements, and volunteer management. You will have hands-on experience with program participants, volunteers and staff. Previous experience not necessary but you must have excellent communication, computer and writing skills. We provide an intern orientation and FHR onboarding session to learn more about our organization as a whole along with regularly scheduled team meetings.
