Job Shadow (virtual) - Medicine/Physician's Assistant in Fresno, CA

The UA Job Shadow Program will be held virtually through ONE HOUR informational interviews over Zoom. 

Vituity is medical partnership called that contracts providers to hospitals all over California and a few other states as well. Our doctors, PAs and NPs work in Emergency medicine, internal medicine and a few surgery specialties.
The host for this opportunity is Kali Richmond, Emergency Medicine Physician's Assistant!

During this interview, students will have the opportunity to learn information related to:
  • Day-to-day of a Physician's Assistant in an emergency room in Fresno, CA.
  • Treatment of low to medium acuity patients.
  • Working alongside doctors for higher acuity patients.
  • Fast paced environment of an emergency room.

Students who would benefit from this opportunity are students interested in medical careers or PA school.

Interview times will be on the following days:
  • Thursday, May 21
  • Friday, May 22

 This is part of the UA Virtual Job Shadow Program (JSP), a one-of-a-kind opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to a career/field and be mentored by actual professionals.
