Job Shadow (virtual)- Consulting in Phoenix, AZ
The UA Job Shadow Program will be held virtually through ONE HOUR informational interviews over Zoom.
ON THE MARK is a leading global boutique consultancy with offices in the USA and UK. The team at OTM enables clients to realize their future ambitions through our depth and breadth of expertise and experience in organization design. We work cross-industry globally with many large organizations such as FitBit, American Express, Nestle, and CSL Behring to name a few.
The host for this opportunity is Irena Krstic, Consultant!
During this interview, students will have the opportunity to learn about the world of consulting, the advantages and disadvantages for working for bigger firms vs smaller firms, and to hear about career progression opportunities
Students who would benefit from this opportunity are students who think they are interested in going into consulting, or someone who is undecided about a specific business career but:
- Loves to solve problems and manage projects
- Isn’t afraid to work with C-level executives
- Loves to travel, and work remote when not traveling
- Is interested in business development and contracting
- Is good with data, or interested in developing data analytics skills

- Thursday, May 21, 2020
- Friday, May 22, 2020
