The host for this opportunity is Jonathan Row, Head of Human Resources and UA Alum!
During this experience, students will have the opportunity to shadow the host's day-to-day work.. Activities will vary depending on the day and may include: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, firing, meeting team members, and learning about all areas of the business.
Students who may benefit are those interested in learning about the entire business. Lunch will be provided and students will need to sign an NDA.
This career exploration/professional development opportunity is part of the University of Arizona Job Shadow Program (JSP). The JSP offers one-of-a-kind, low-stakes, high-value experiences for current Wildcats to gain firsthand exposure to careers, fields, and workplaces, and to interact closely with actual professionals and employers. Unless otherwise noted, JSP shadows last ONE DAY (4-8 hours) and will take place during Spring Break, March 9-13, 2020.
