The day will include one on one time with one of our Director of Operations/Managing Partners, the General Manager of the Property, and even, schedule permitting, one on one time withe CEO, Scott Gerber. Students will have the chance to learn about all positions from a Busser to a General Manager of the bar/restaurant. This is a truly unique and invaluable learning opportunity for aspiring hospitality managers!

This career exploration/professional development opportunity is part of the University of Arizona Job Shadow Program (JSP). The JSP offers one-of-a-kind, low-stakes, high-value experiences for current Wildcats to gain firsthand exposure to careers, fields, and workplaces, and to interact closely with actual professionals and employers. Unless otherwise noted, JSP shadows last ONE DAY (4-8 hours) and will take place during Spring Break, March 9-13, 2020.
