RF Technician

The Integrated Smart Module design team is responsible for creating market leading power amplifier solutions for 5G Antenna Array System cellular applications.  The group is seeking a candidate with strong technical skills who will be responsible for circuit assembly and RF testing as well as maintaining RF test benches.

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Assemble and troubleshoot RF power amplifier module circuits
  • Build, calibrate and maintain RF test benches
  • Test, characterize and document performance of RF power amplifier module circuits
  • Perform Load pull of power amplifier devices
  • Maintain and organize lab component stock

Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical electronics field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledgeable in fundamental electronics in general and RF in specific
  • Excellent electronics assembly skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Knowledge of RF test equipment, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators
  • Graphing software, statistical software, and Microsoft office knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to program equipment control is a plus
  • Knowledge in PCB layout software such as Autocad is preferred
