Associate Sales Executive

Support and contribute to new sales of Aetna products and services in assigned business segments, products, and geographies with activities that may include, but is not limited to, client presentations and consultative selling, customer reporting, sales proposal development and constituent relations to maximize sales opportunities and achieve profitable growth.

  • Supports and develops new business opportunities to ensure profitable customers and help grow the business through consultative selling, issue resolution, and superior service.
  • Ensures product, pricing, and services meet client’s needs while meeting Aetna‘s revenue growth and profit objectives.
  • Identifies various ways to partner with new clients by drawing from entire spectrum of product line, illustrating a keen understanding of client’s multifaceted needs and benefits of Aetna’s full product array.
  • Supports and contributes to profitable sales through preparation of customer reporting and new business proposals.
  • Assists with underwriting case preparation, as appropriate.
  • May work with sales support area in support of RFP processing.
  • Completes entry level sales training and actively participates in ongoing sales training. Performs other related duties as assigned.
