Cyntech is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated, knowledgeable, organized and positive Field Engineer to join our Plantersville, TX office.
In this position, you will be responsible for day to day management of projects, estimating and proposal preparation, business development, contract negotiations, managing change orders and claims, monitoring and managing project schedule, cost control and QA/QC requirements, project invoicing and securing payment.
Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of civil construction or geotechnical consulting experience. Must be self-motivated, reliable, and possess above-average interpersonal & customer relations skills. Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and written & verbal communication skills necessary. Travel (some international, requiring passport) required.
