Every day in Ward One is different. Your job shadow may include:
- Meetings with constituents
- Meetings with department staff
- Meetings with local organizations
- Attending luncheons and presentations
- Participating in a neighborhood meeting
- And more!
This shadow takes place TUESDAY, MARCH 5TH. The shadow day will consist of a couple or several hours in the office followed by a city council meeting and tour of City Hall
This is part of the UA Job Shadow Program (JSP). The JSP is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to a career field and be mentored by actual professionals. Unless otherwise noted, the experience is one day long and will take place sometime during WInter Break, December 17-January 8. This is not an employment opportunity and future employment with the organization is not associated with this program. You may apply to no more than 5 JSP opportunities, and if accepted, you must attend a JSP orientation before receiving the contact information for your host.
