Research Scientist - RAPID (Req #118309)
Responsibilities:
- Systems engineer / scientist modelling expected performance of an advanced technology EUV reticle inspector.
- Engaged in studying / predicting a wide array of tool development tasks, including:
- System performance modelling
- Servo system behavior
- Research into existing inspection systems to develop scaling models
Preferred Qualifications:
- Doctorate (Academic) OR
- Master's Level Degree with at least 1 year of experience in industry or post-degree academic activity
- Academic experience in one or more of the following:
- System engineering
- Mechatronics
- Optical systems
- Imaging systems
Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctorate (Academic) OR
- Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience. OR
- Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
