Optical Engineer - RAPID (Req #118399)
Responsibilities
- The candidate will be involved in developing the next generation of photomask inspection tool as part of the optical design team.
- Perform optical modeling of imaging systems in the specific area of system alignment and compensation.
- Work closely with the optical, opto-mechaical and systems engineers to support the development of practical test methods for system alignment, compesation and qualification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctorate (Academic) or Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience working on developing sophisticated optical systems preferred
- Experience in optical alignement of precision optical systems.
- Knowledge of optical design software such as CodeV or Zemax.
- Understanding of metrology methods for optical systems.
- Hands-on optics work including test bench design, alignment, tooling design, and trouble-shooting.
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Optics
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctorate (Academic) OR
- Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experienceOR
- Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience
