Job Summary:
The Textron Leadership Development Program for Information Technology is designed to create an accelerated path to industry related projects and processes across the Textron enterprise for a select number of high-performing new graduates. The program requires a 2 year commitment with 12-month rotations at two different Textron business units.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science or related field
- Must have a passion for Information Technology
- Strong communication skills
- Able to quickly adapt to change

- Previous internship experience preferred
- Must be willing to relocate
