Entry Level Recruiter or Business Development

Start your career in the staffing industry in an Entry Level Recruiter or Business Development role as part of the Robert Half Management Training Program.
The Robert Half Management Training Program is a unique, entry-level program that offers career growth potential in a fast-paced professional environment. We are looking to add innovative, results-oriented individuals to help take our recruiting and business development strategies to the next level. 
In a Recruiter role, you will recruit and interview professionals for positions with our clients. Specific responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of temporary and temporary to full time hiring, including: devising search strategies, drafting and posting job advertisements, developing business leads to pass to staffing professionals, evaluating resumes, coordinating/managing interviews, and drafting emails promoting our most marketable candidates
  • Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals
  • Identify and attract candidates utilizing LinkedIn, job boards (CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, etc.) and other resources
  • Manage initial candidate relationships and provide the highest quality customer service
  • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
In a Business Development role, you will introduce our services to prospective clients and build upon existing client relationships. Specific responsibilities:
  • Work in a team environment to negotiate and develop business with current and new clients
  • Match candidates with client job order requirements and maintain ongoing contact with client companies and professionals currently on assignment
  • Resolve issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop client base by marketing our services to key managers and senior-level executives via phone, in-person meetings and through strategic email campaigns
  • Participate in local trade association and networking events to solidify Robert Half’s presence in the local business community
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree; GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
  • No prior professional work experience required
  • Strong/high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a high technical aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and self-confident
