Human Resources Representative

Job Mission

In Chandler, AZ the HR Service Center supports the ASML US HR organization with administrative activities and information using ASML HR systems, methods, policies, procedures and practices. The HR Service Center Representative will interface with the HR organization, ASML employees and various vendors (travel, relocation, benefits, governmental agency, etc.).
 

Job Description

-Maintain Employee data and processing of new hires, transfers, terminations, salary changes and organizational changes in the HRIS system and prepare various reports
-Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs 
-Provide guidance and support to employees and managers with self-service tools
-Maintain personnel and confidential files
-Maintain government compliance including but not limited to employee I9 forms and E Verify, -State and Federal postings and export control
-Administer FMLA and Leave of Absence
-Coordinate relocation for new hires and internal transfers including scheduling travel and interfacing with relocation vendors
-Manage special programs and projects for the HR department
 

Education & Experience

-Bachelor degree in Human Resources, business ( or related field); or a combination of education and relevant experience 
-3-5+ year’s experience working in the field of Human Resources
 


Personal skills

-General knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
-Excellent MS Office skills with particular focus on excel
-Experience with SAP preferred
-Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
-Experience supporting remote locations is a plus
-Ability to multi-task and pay great attention to detail
-Ability to effectively interpret and communicate benefits, policies and procedures
-Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills 
-Initiative to identify and solve complex problems and complete projects
