Administrative Assistant (a.k.a. "The Glue") needed by AXA Advisors Southwest, a leading financial planning company, located in North Scottsdale near Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons.

Position Details:
At AXA Advisors Southwest, we have fun while working hard. We strongly believe in fostering a creative atmosphere and want employees to enjoy their time at the office. As important as it is to us to cultivate an "awesome" work place that recognizes employees independently and as a team, we also take our clients’ needs very seriously. This position is one of the key components in making sure that our clients are always well taken care of.
As the "Glue," you will be responsible for holding together the Vice President’s world! Working side by side with our Vice President, you will ensure that he stays organized, efficient, and well informed. Don’t worry; you won’t be sitting in a cubicle all day answering phones... For example, you will plan district events, collaborate with the VP on upcoming presentations and trainings, manage his calendar\travel, and most importantly be the liaison/the go-to/the coordinator for a district of financial advisors. No two days will be the same!

Full Time Position
Hours: (Mon - Fri, 7:30am- 4:30pm)
Salary: B.O.E.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- Organizational/ Intermediate problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated/ "go-getter"
- Ability to learn new things quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Loyal and Trustworthy
- Excellent people skills
- Good writing skills (you will be putting together Branch correspondence)
- Experience using MS office Suite
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required)
- Experience assisting an executive is a ++
