Job Shadow in Adult Education/Training in Tucson, AZ

This job shadow experience is available on March 5th, 6th, 8th or 9th, 2018, and will be located at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, South of Tucson.  You will spend your time shadowing a UA Alum who is the Force Development Flight Chief and you will spend time in four areas:
1. Airman Leadership School - students attend for 5 weeks to prepare for their first supervisory role
2. Voluntary Education - learn about a military member's education benefits, observe a education counseling session, observe transition program which prepares military for careers in the private sector
3. Civilian employee training and development
4. Career Assistance Adviser - training opportunities to help military members advance in their careers

This is a great opportunity for students interested in Education, Psychology or Public Policy.

This is part of the UA Job Shadow Program (JSP). The JSP is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to a career field and be mentored by actual professionals. Unless otherwise noted, the experience is one day long and will take place sometime during Spring Break, March 5-9.
