Job Shadow in Human Resources/Federal Government in Phoenix, AZ

This job shadow experience is only available on March 9, 2018.  We are looking to provide a shadowing experience to a student who is interested in Human Resources. The student will get a overview of the Bankruptcy Courts, how bankruptcy process works and how Human Resources interacts with each department.

Draft agenda
9:00 a.m. - Arrive, Introductions, meet with Executive Staff
9:30 a.m. - Overview of the Human Resources office
10:00 a.m.- Overview of Operations department
11:00 a.m.- Overview of Courtroom operations, attend a hearing
12:00 p.m. - Lunch
1:00 p.m. - Visit Self - Help Center
2:00 p.m. - Visit Chambers staff
3:00 p.m. - Return to Human Resources office, review how HR works with the federal government, discuss differences between private and public sector, answer questions related to Human Resources
4:00 p.m. - Wrap up, End for the day.

This is a great opportunity for any student who is interested in Human Resources and/or working for the Federal Government.

This is part of the UA Job Shadow Program (JSP). The JSP is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to a career field and be mentored by actual professionals.
