The B2B Sales Program recruits
top talent to provide consultative selling and technical skills to AT&T
Small Business customers. New hires are trained, coached and developed for 4
months in the Dallas, HQ location then placed markets throughout the United
States.
This is an amazing opportunity to shadow the youngest national sales director in the history of At&T.
Job Shadow opportunity will be designed to educate, expose and stimulate the sales culture of AT&T. The students (2) will meet with staff, trainers and program participants. The students will also have an opportunity to tour campus and observe various trainings.
This is part of the UA Job Shadow Program (JSP). The JSP is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to a career field and be mentored by actual professionals. Unless otherwise noted, the experience is one day long and will take place sometime during Spring Break, March 5-9.
